If the firm accepts your case and such a contract is created, any funds transferred via credit card payment will be deposited in your client trust account with the firm to be used pursuant to the terms of the contract. If the firm determines not to accept your case, or if you have not had direct telephone or email contact with the firm to inquire about creating a contract to employ the firm for a legal matter, your credit card transaction will be reversed.
